    To celebrate the launch of Exploding Galaxies’ “Sarap: Essays on Philippine Food” and “Palayok: Food through Time, on Site, in the Pot,” Archivo 1984 held a special exhibit curated by artist and food historian Claude Tayag. He shared stories behind the food we eat, inspired by lessons from Doreen G. Fernandez.
