Micat Po’s Inaugural Exhibit at Archivo 1984

Micat Po, a rising Filipina abstract watercolor artist, launched her first solo exhibition, "Seeing Beyond: Images from the Unconscious," from October 12 to November 6 at Archivo 1984, located in Karrivin Studios 5th floor, Makati City.

The exhibit explores the depths of the subconscious, with Po's work reflecting her spiritual journey, ancestral heritage, and lived experiences as a woman in a country marked by oppression and a colonial past. Each piece, created through automatic painting, draws from her dreams, visions, and patterns in nature.

Opening night was held on October 12 from 4 to 8pm.
