Fine Artists of the Philippines by Marlene Aguilar documents works by some of the country's most celebrated painters and sculptors, among them Napoleon Abueva, Ben Cabrera, Romeo Tabuena, and Solomon Saprid. Aguilar founded Jacoby Publishing House specifically to bring this kind of documentation to print, filling a gap in the systematic recording of the Philippine artistic canon.
