One, Tilting Leaves

In the town of Narra Alta, a stoic biology professor leads a dangerous crusade against illegal logging syndicates to protect the Sierra Madre. Beneath his righteous exterior, however, he remains haunted by a dark childhood secret involving the concealed death of his father's lover. This past trauma deepens when he ventures into the Manobo forest, obsessed with tracking down the mysterious killer of his twin brother. As he untangles a web of environmental exploitation and indigenous lore, his external battle begins to mirror the moral storm within his own soul.
