Our style originated in America.

Seeing the words "Made in USA" makes me feel a little excited. The stiff, rough texture of the fabric, the slightly rough stitching—there's an unchanging romance to the sturdy, no-nonsense nature of American-made goods. It all started with the "Made in USA catalog" released in 1975. Then, in '76, through the West Coast feature in the inaugural issue of "POPEYE" magazine, I learned about functional wear and bright, unpretentious fashion. Everyone became crazy about American-made products, and eventually, "Americana" was born.
Military, workwear, sportswear, and outdoor elements are no longer something special; they've become naturally indispensable to our style. That's why I want to think about Made in USA and Americana.

Oh, and I'm not saying you have to wear all American-made clothes or anything so rigid.
